Introduction by Anatole de Montaiglon. Previous owner's name stamp, tiny bookstore sticker. Minor wear to bindings, mainly to corners of boards and ends of spines. There are two tiny insect holes in the fore edges of volume II. Contents clean and tight. Chalon's illustrations are first-rate.
